Rang Fermin at Crazy Domains who said there is no reason that I should have trouble with file uploading of any size as long as it doesn't fill the server web space allowance of 150GB.
He said to try again and if there is still a problem then call again for a system technician to check it.

Rang Chris (Filipino lady) at Crazy Domains who said that she increased the file limit size to maximum for me.

Dear Crazy Domains,
ATT: server technician.
Could you look into these two matters for me please regarding the poor outcome of our site's file upload installation on your Crazy Domain server?
1. Below is wording about the 'upload progress bar' copied from http://encodable.com/filechucker/faq/#progress. You can see a demo link there too to understand the desired upload effect.
2. Uploads seem to be limited to about 100MB. Calls to your Firmin and Chris tell me there is no limit to uploads except if site space exceeds 500GB.
Can anything can be done to improve these problems?
Kind regards,
Phil Prideaux
"Servers ... are generally doing some kind of write-caching which causes the uploaded file to not really get written to disk until after the whole thing is already uploaded, which makes it impossible for FileChucker to monitor the progress of the upload, and therefore impossible to display a progress bar.
"... you'll need to contact your hosting company, point them to this explanation, and ask if there's anything that they can do. They can try out the FileChucker demo to see how the progress bar is supposed to work."

Spoke to Carl P who said to send him an email.
He (I think) uttered that it was cache writing that happens.
He said an admin will phone me back within about 24 hours.

Hi Carlo,
As per phone call,
1. I provide the link that best demonstrates FileChucker's upload progress bar that is not working on our site.
http://encodable.com/uploaddemo
You can actually try it with a file I have attached for you to see the effect.
Excerpt from:
http://encodable.com/filechucker/faq/#progress
says this:
"Servers in this tiny minority are generally doing some kind of write-caching which causes the uploaded file to not really get written to disk until after the whole thing is already uploaded, which makes it impossible for FileChucker to monitor the progress of the upload, and therefore impossible to display a progress bar."
2. You mentioned to me that there is a 500MB limit on uploads.
I don't believe that the FileChucker application is based on PHP.
We did tests to suggest that FileChucker presently hangs at about 100MB with adverse effects (see images attached).
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Phil Prideaux

No reply from email sent to carlo.p@crazydomains.com.
No response from Crazy Domains Admin as promised.
Unresolved!
Discontinued association with Crazy Domains.
Took up a better web server company which accommodated the "Filechucker" upload system without limitation.
